    Anthony Bell, Sales & Marketing Manager

    Anthony Bell brings decades of hospitality and beverage industry experience to The Wine Cellar. Originally from Stratford, Ontario, Canada, a town known for its vibrant culinary scene, he developed an early passion for food, wine, and spirits while working in some of the region’s finest restaurants. His curiosity led him to pursue formal education and travel extensively to deepen his understanding of the global wine and spirits landscape.

    After relocating to Providenciales in 1997, Anthony continued managing restaurants both locally and in Canada before joining The Wine Cellar in 2007. Since then, he has focused on expanding his expertise in wine, spirits, and brand management, continually refining his knowledge through advanced study and professional development. Anthony is committed to ongoing learning and takes pride in sharing that knowledge with clients and colleagues alike.

    He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University, WSET Level 2 Wines & Spirits (with Distinction), and WSET Level 3 Wine Tasting.

    Charles Ferrin, Sales & Marketing Representative

    Charles joined The Wine Cellar in October 2025 as a Sales & Marketing Representative, bringing with him a strong foundation in beverage education and hospitality leadership. He is a Certified Sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers and holds WSET Level II certifications in Wine, Spirits, and Sake. He also completed a bartending and mixology certification through ABC Bartending School.

    His background spans beverage sales and management across restaurants, resorts, and retail environments. Charles also achieved the top score in the Miami region on the Master of Portuguese Wine Exam, offered by ViniPortugal and Doug Frost, MS & MW. In addition to his beverage credentials, he holds a Bachelor of Arts from New College of Florida, where he specialized in Greek Literature.

    Charles combines technical expertise with hands-on industry experience, supporting clients with both knowledge and practical insight.

    Jameson “JC” Charitable, Sales & Marketing Representative

    Born and raised in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, Jameson Charitable began his hospitality career at Hemingway’s, working his way from busboy to one of the restaurant’s leading bartenders. It was there that he developed a strong passion for mixology and beverage craftsmanship. He later served as Head Bartender at Cabana Bar, further refining his expertise and leadership in the field.

    In 2024, Jameson transitioned into Sales & Marketing at The Wine Cellar, bringing with him firsthand experience from the front lines of the hospitality industry. He continues to deepen his knowledge of wine, spirits, and brand development while focusing on building strong, lasting client relationships.

    Also known as JC, he is a poet, artist, songwriter, entrepreneur, and producer. His personal motto, “Never limit yourself. Shoot for the stars,” reflects his commitment to growth and continuous learning.

  • Patricia Hardwick, Sales & Marketing Representative

    Patricia Hardwick is a proud native of the Turks and Caicos Islands and brings over two decades of tourism and leadership experience to The Wine Cellar. Prior to joining the company, she spent 23 years as a fishing charter boat captain and guide, becoming both the only female fishing boat captain in the Turks and Caicos Islands and one of the first female captains in the country.

    Her years in the tourism industry, engaging daily with visitors and showcasing the natural beauty of the islands, developed her strong communication skills and deep understanding of the local market. Since joining The Wine Cellar’s Sales & Marketing team, Patricia has expanded her knowledge of wine and spirits categories while continuing to build meaningful connections with clients.

    She approaches each day with a commitment to learning, growth, and delivering exceptional service.

  • Vanessa, Sales Representative

    Now in her ninth year at The Wine Cellar, Vanessa has grown into a key member of the Sales team. In just one year, she advanced from Administrative Assistant to Sales Representative and now manages and develops several leading brands through strategic account management, brand activations, and results-driven sales initiatives.

    She holds a WSET Level 2 certification (Merit) and an Associate of Business Management from the University of the West Indies, combining strong product knowledge with commercial insight. Well known in the local art community for her creativity and authenticity, Vanessa brings that same energy and passion to her professional relationships.

    Focused on understanding each client’s unique needs, she delivers tailored solutions that drive visibility, growth, and long-term brand success. Her guiding philosophy is simple: when passion meets purpose, results follow.
