Tier maintenance

  • Your status is based on points earned in the last 12 months

  • If you fall below a tier threshold you have a 60-day grace period

  • After grace, you step down one level only

  • Carryover applies. Points above a renewal threshold carry to the next cycle

    • Example • 3,500 pts renews Grand Cru and 500 pts carry forward

  • No. Enrollment is free.

  • Ask any associate at checkout. You will also receive tier and reward emails.

  • Points age out on a rolling 12-month basis. The newest 12 months of activity always count.

  • Most in-store products. Exclusions may apply to already discounted items or certain categories. Ask an associate.

  • Yes where permitted. Some offers may not stack. We will tell you at checkout.

  • We label featured SKUs or categories. Buy during the event window and you earn 2x on those items.

  • You receive bonus points and Grand Cru members receive 15% off purchases during the birthday month.

  • Share your name or referral code. When your friend enrolls and completes a first purchase you receive +100 pts.

  • Our team can make a manual correction for customer service issues.
