Buffalo Trace Peach Smash
A fresh take on a classic bourbon cocktail that's made for hot summer afternoons.
Ingredients
2 oz Buffalo Trace Bourbon
½ ripe peach
½ oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz honey syrup
Fresh mint
Crushed ice
Muddle the peach and mint, add the bourbon, lemon juice and honey syrup, shake with ice and strain over fresh crushed ice. Garnish with a grilled peach slice and fresh mint.
