On Friday, June 26th, The Wine Cellar and Lua Beach House invite guests to experience the 24th Annual Jadot Cup Dinner, an evening celebrating one of Burgundy's most iconic wine producers through a thoughtfully curated five-course dining experience.
For more than 165 years, Louis Jadot has helped define Burgundy for wine lovers around the world. Their wines are celebrated not for power or extravagance, but for their ability to express place, character, and elegance with remarkable precision.
The evening begins with Yellowtail Crudo paired with Domaine Ferret Pouilly-Fuissé 2023, a vibrant and expressive Chardonnay from one of Burgundy's most respected white wine producers. Bright citrus, mineral notes, and freshness set the stage for the courses to follow.
Guests will then enjoy Blue Crab and Apple paired with Louis Jadot Meursault 2023, one of Burgundy's most sought-after appellations, renowned for its richness, texture, and complexity.
As the evening progresses, Wood-Roasted Rainbow Trout is matched with Louis Jadot Santenay 2022, before moving into the centerpiece of the menu: Cornish New Zealand Lamb Rack paired with Louis Jadot Gevrey-Chambertin 2023. Widely regarded as one of Burgundy's most celebrated Pinot Noir villages, Gevrey-Chambertin is known for producing wines of depth, structure, and remarkable aging potential.
The experience concludes with Dark Chocolate Mousse accompanied by Taylor Fladgate LBV 2019, bringing a luxurious finish to the evening.
