This month at The Wine Cellar, we’re turning up the September heat with new Retail Specials, a few seriously refreshing cocktail ideas and some extra summer savings worth checking out.

3 COCKTAILS FOR THE SEPTEMBER HEAT
We picked three bottles from this month’s specials and put them to work. Better yet, several of these recipes bring two September specials together in the same glass.
Strawberry Aperol Spritz
Bright. Bubbly. Built for September.
1 oz Arbikie Strawberry Vodka
1 oz Aperol
3 oz Torresella Prosecco Rosé
1 oz soda water
Fresh strawberry or orange slice
Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add the strawberry vodka and Aperol, top with Prosecco Rosé and a splash of soda, then garnish.
Peach Prosecco Cooler
Light, fruity and very easy to drink.
1½ oz Absolut Apeach
3 oz Danzante Prosecco
1 oz soda water
Fresh lime
Build over plenty of ice in a tall glass. Add Absolut Apeach and Prosecco, top with soda and finish with a squeeze of fresh lime.
Cold Brew Tia Espresso
Because even an Espresso Martini deserves a hot-weather setting.
1 oz Tia Maria
1 oz Tito’s Vodka (Special bundle offer in-store)
2 oz cold brew coffee
Ice
Shake everything hard with ice until well chilled, then strain into a coupe or rocks glass. Smooth, coffee-forward and refreshingly cold.
