For six days this November, some of Turks & Caicos’ most memorable settings become the backdrop for exceptional food, remarkable wines and a celebration of Caribbean hospitality.
Now in its 16th year, the Caribbean Food & Wine Festival brings together intimate wine experiences, dinners under the stars, progressive dining, beachside celebrations, live entertainment and some serious culinary talent.

NOT YOUR TYPICAL FOOD FESTIVAL
One night you could be tasting wines on a jetty at sunset. The next, sitting down to a four-course dinner beneath the stars. By Friday, you could be moving between four of the island’s celebrated dining destinations, and on Saturday evening, dining at the Caribbean’s longest chef’s table on Grace Bay Beach.
The festival has also built an international reputation over the years, with previous editions bringing Michelin-starred chefs, international wine experts and culinary professionals together with the talent of Turks & Caicos.
THREE EXPERIENCES WORTH KNOWING ABOUT
Gourmet Safari
Friday, November 6
The Gourmet Safari has deep roots in the festival. Historical tourism coverage identifies the original Safari as the event that helped catalyze the wider Caribbean Food & Wine Festival. In 2026, the progressive evening runs from 5:30 PM to midnight, moving between Anchorage, Offshore, The Palms and Wymara. (Turks and Caicos Tourism)
This is the night for anyone who has ever wished they could experience several of Provo’s standout dining destinations in one evening.

Salt, Sand & Fire
Saturday, November 7
A gourmet beach BBQ on Grace Bay Beach is already hard to improve upon. Add the Caribbean’s longest chef’s table, exceptional food and one of the world’s most celebrated beaches, and this becomes one of the festival’s signature nights. (The Wine Cellar)

Veuve Clicquot Brunch
Sunday, November 8
The festival closes at South Bank with culinary creations from award-winning chefs, a glass of La Grande Dame on arrival, and free-flowing Veuve Clicquot Rosé and Brut. Two seatings make this a fitting final toast to six days of food, wine and island hospitality. (The Wine Cellar)

Taste of Turks opens the festival with signature pours and four curated Caribbean food stations. Meet the Wine Maker brings an intimate wine experience to The Ritz-Carlton jetty at sunset. Two Starlight Dinners offer four-course evenings at Rock House and The Ritz-Carlton. Women of Wine returns to The Shore Club, while Saturday also brings the Wine Experience and the family-friendly Turks Head Jerk Festival, with tickets starting at just $20.
There is a lot happening between November 3 and 8. The harder decision may be choosing which events to attend.
