Some Wines Come With A Story. Be There To Hear It.

You might remember a wine for its first sip. But hear the story behind it, meet the person who made it, and suddenly you have something to share the next time you pour a glass. This November 3–8, the Caribbean Food & Wine Festival brings those discoveries to Turks & Caicos. Start with Meet the Wine Maker at The Ritz-Carlton on Wednesday, November 4, an intimate evening of wines and sunset views from the jetty. It’s a chance to ask questions, explore unfamiliar pours and perhaps discover the bottle you’ll reach for at your next dinner party. Then make a date for Women of Wine at The Shore Club on Friday, November 6, where food, wine and live entertainment give your usual Friday lunch some serious competition. Gather a few friends and make an occasion of it.

The Gourmet Safari is already sold out, and festival week hasn’t even begun. From intimate tastings to dinners under the stars and a Champagne brunch, the remaining programme offers plenty of reasons to clear a little space in your calendar. Choose one experience that catches your eye, or make a week of discovering something new. There’s still time to gather your favourite people and turn “we should go” into an actual plan. When the photos start appearing and the stories start circulating, make sure you have a few of your own.

See you there!

Cheers,
The Wine Cellar Team
